About FocacciaRecipe.com

A single-subject publication about focaccia — made to be precise, honest about what has and hasn’t been tested, and genuinely useful in the kitchen.

What this site is

FocacciaRecipe.com covers one thing well: focaccia. From a first easy pan bake to sourdough and focaccia pizza, every page is built to help you get a repeatable, good result rather than to pad out a general baking blog.

What makes it different

Recipes are grams-first, so measurements are consistent no matter where you bake. We show the baker's math behind each dough — hydration, salt and yeast percentages — so you can understand and adjust it, not just follow it. Interactive tools like the hydration calculator and dough scaler run in your browser to do that math for you.

We are also honest about testing status. A recipe that has not yet been physically bake-tested is labeled as a development version rather than presented as finished. See our recipe testing approach for the details.

Who is behind it

Editorial team and founder details are placeholders pending the founder's information. We will publish real, verifiable bylines and credentials here before presenting anyone as an author or authority — we will not invent a bio, credential or team member in the meantime.
